♥️夜間：可以入睡前貼，早起換新的

⚠️取下痘痘貼時，不要用手摳奧會變形不服帖，直接沿一條條線撕開取下就好了囉

⚠️如果是沒有開口的腫痘，會不建議使用，沒有傷口就失去吸收組織液的功效，貼了只是把青春痘悶起來，反而讓皮膚更不通風，對青春痘的治療可能造成負面效果
