輕鬆使用3步曲

1) 撕開牙貼：刷牙前/刷牙後等待30分鐘，取出1片及撕開薄膜

2) 輕壓貼合：長貼用於上排牙齒，短貼用於下排。沿牙齦線輕壓，多餘部份折向牙齒內面

3) 半小時後取下：靜待30分鐘後撕下牙貼，期間可放鬆做其他事或飲水
